Charter of Corporate Behavior

Naito & Co., Ltd., based on this Charter and through its corporate activities aiming to be a "Trading company of information and technology" respects human rights and complies with relevant laws, regulations, international rules and their spirit both in Japan and abroad, while pursuing profits through fair competition and clearly stating, both internally and externally, the actions we should take as a good global and corporate citizen.

  1. 1.We will provide customers with the most appropriate products, services, and information, aiming to earn their satisfaction and trust.
  2. 2.In business transactions, we will engage in fair, transparent, and free competition while also maintaining sound and proper relationships with political bodies and government agencies.
  3. 3.While disclosing corporate information actively and fairly, we will protect and properly manage personal and customer data and other types of information.
  4. 4.While ensuring a safe and comfortable working environment, we will draw out the abilities and vitality of our employees and respect their personalities and individuality.
  5. 5.We value the global environment and act with consideration for the environment.
  6. 6.As a good corporate citizen, we will value coexistence with local communities and strive to engage in social contribution activities.
  7. 7.We will take a resolute stand against and reject any connection with antisocial forces and organizations.
  8. 8.In line with the globalization of business activities, as a global citizen, we will not only comply with the laws and regulations of countries and regions and respect various international norms, including human rights, but also conduct business by taking into consideration the local culture and customs as well as the interests of stakeholders, and contribute toward the development of local economies and society.
  9. 9.Top management will recognize the spirit of this Charter, and taking the lead in an exemplary manner, establish an effective internal system to implement the Charter.
  10. 10.In case the Charter is violated, top management will take charge to resolve the situation and make efforts to prevent similar violations in the future. In addition, top management will disclose the information to society, and impose strict disciplinary action against those held responsible, including top management itself.

Code of Conduct for Employees

I will understand the concept of the Company’s "Charter of Corporate Behavior" and proactively act as follows.

  1. 1.I will comply with laws, internal regulations, and other rules, practice fair competition, and strive to enhance my sense of ethics.
  2. 2.Based on a customer-oriented mindset, I will take on challenges in my work with enthusiasm.
  3. 3.In my business activities, I will engage in fair, transparent, and free competition, and conduct appropriate transactions.
  4. 4.I will strive for Environmental preservation.
  5. 5.As a good citizen, I will strive to contribute to local communities and society.
  6. 6.In international activities, I will act with respect for local cultures and customs.
  7. 7.I will consult with the consultation desk for corporate ethics if I witness any acts that significantly violate the Company’s "Corporate Code of Conduct," laws, internal regulations, or other compliance rules.
